Troubleshooting

  • A page is showing me out-of-date information

Reload the page once. Nothing pushes changes to you as they happen, so if a colleague just changed something, their edit reaches you on your next load rather than instantly. In the mobile app you may briefly see the last data it stored before the fresh copy arrives — pull to refresh if it looks behind.

  • A page says I do not have access

That is a permission, not a fault — your account has not been given that area. An organization admin can grant it from the users page. Access also depends on your organization plan: a role can list a permission the plan does not include, and the page stays closed until the plan covers it too.

  • A PDF will not open, or looks wrong

Download it rather than previewing it — the preview opens in a new tab, which a pop-up blocker stops without saying so. A missing logo or footer is a branding or document setting rather than a fault, so check branding first. The on-screen preview and the PDF are produced separately, so the two can differ.

  • I cannot sign in

Use the email address your organization set your account up with, not a personal alias. A password reset link works even if somebody else created the account, but it expires an hour after it is sent, so request a fresh one rather than reusing an old email. If sign-in is refused with a message about contacting your administrator, your account has been set inactive or suspended and only an admin can turn it back on.

  • Something is missing that I know exists

Clear any active search or filter first — a narrowed list looks exactly like missing data, and filters are kept in the page address, so a bookmarked or shared link can carry one you never set. Lists load a page of rows at a time, newest first, so an older record is usually behind Load more rather than gone; searching for it by name or number is quicker. If it is still missing, your access may not cover it, and an admin can confirm from the users page.
