• Can I export my data?

  In pieces, yes. Each report exports as a spreadsheet, customer statements export as a spreadsheet or a PDF, your catalogue exports as a CSV, and every invoice, estimate and bill downloads as a PDF. What there is not is a single “download everything” file — there is no one-click archive of your customers, invoice lines, payments, messages and attachments, so taking your records out means exporting them area by area.

• Is my data separated from other businesses?

  Every organization runs on its own database. Your customers, documents and files are physically isolated — no other organization can query them, which is a stronger guarantee than filtering rows by an account column. The database is created for you when you sign up, and it is dropped when you close the account.
