Can I export my data?

In pieces, yes. Each report exports as a spreadsheet, customer statements export as a spreadsheet or a PDF, your catalogue exports as a CSV, and every invoice, estimate and bill downloads as a PDF. What there is not is a single “download everything” file — there is no one-click archive of your customers, invoice lines, payments, messages and attachments, so taking your records out means exporting them area by area.

• Reports — invoices, payments, bills, tax and stock — as Excel workbooks.
• Customer statements — outstanding and activity — as a spreadsheet or a PDF.
• Your catalogue — as a CSV, which is also the format it imports from.
• Individual documents — invoices, estimates and bills as PDFs.

Exporting is a web task; the mobile app shows report figures but has no export.

What has no export

There is no export of your customer list, your supplier list, your invoice or bill line items, your payments, your workspaces or your uploaded files as data. Where those matter to you, the reports and statements are the route, and they are shaped for reading rather than for reloading into another system.

If you are closing your account, do this before the thirty-day window ends — after that the data is gone.
