Account & billing

Change your plan or add a feature
Plans and individual features are managed under Licenses. Switching plan is prorated by the billing system rather than starting a new term; buying an individual feature starts its own subscription alongside your plan instead. On the dashboard, Licenses also holds your billing invoices and the card you are billed on.

Find the numbers for your tax filing
The tax report totals the tax you have charged on invoices and the tax you have paid on bills over a period you choose, and shows the net position between them. Check that the date range uses the same period your filing does before you copy anything out of it — the report is based on the date each document was issued.
-
Update the card you are billed on
The card on file is what your subscription renews against, so replacing one that is about to expire is what prevents a failed renewal and an interrupted plan. Cards are added, made default and removed under Licenses, on the Billing and invoices tab, which is also where your billing invoices are. The Billing contact page holds only your billing name and address — there is no card on it.

You are running out of file storage
Every plan includes storage and higher plans include more. You can see what is being used, clear out what you no longer need, and buy extra space if the photos add up. Only files shared in a workspace are ever offered for clean-up — attachments on invoices and estimates, along with your logo and profile images, are protected whatever state the document is in. Nothing goes straight away either: cleared files sit in a recycle bin and can be restored.
