Is there a mobile app?

Yes, for iOS and Android, sharing the same data as the web app. It covers the sell-and-get-paid loop end to end — estimates, invoices, customers, catalogue items, suppliers, bills, tax rates, recording payments, licensing and summary reports. Several areas that exist on the web have no mobile screen at all, so it complements the web app rather than replacing it.

What is web-only

• Stock: inventory items, warehouses, transfers and the stock reports.
• Workspaces — the message-and-photo thread on a job.
• Customer statements.
• Tasks.
• Adding people and editing their permissions. The app can show you your own permissions, not change anyone’s.
• Exporting a report, and importing or exporting the catalogue.
• The email log and the audit trail.
• Work orders — the no-prices job sheet.
• Variant and configurable catalogue items can be viewed on a phone but are built and edited on the web.

What the app has that the web does not

Locking the app behind the device passcode or biometric, and a list of your active sessions.

Offline

The app keeps a copy of what you have recently looked at so it opens on real data, but creating or changing anything needs a connection.
